Undeterred by the credit crunch, Fiona Watts left her role as Head of International Mortgages at a large foreign exchange company with a vision. Not only to become the leading international mortgage broker within 5 years, but to do so with a single-minded focus on service standards. Prioritising the recruitment and training of the best bi-lingual and analytical minds and using her extensive relationships with the international banking departments of retail and private banks, Fiona has created a brave, modern and dynamic international financial services company.

We are the best in the market, with awards and hundreds of client testimonials to prove it and are quick to adapt to the changing economic climate and technological advances, becoming the first international brokerage to be FCA-regulated and expanding product lines to offer a more complete service to our clients.

Fiona is passionate about supporting women in Finance and offering opportunities to both bi-lingual graduates and women returning to work. IPF is currently 100% female, and 40% of the workforce are working part-time and flexible hours.

Our unique set-up has certainly helped us flourish over the past 15 years, and we continue to adapt and invest in our team whilst harnessing the technology to streamline our processes to ever-improve our client service standards.
