Our client was settling in France and wanted to be in a strong position to purchase their primary residence. Having recently changed jobs the client was still in a probationary period which can be a deal breaker in terms of mortgage approval. However, we secured an Agreement in Principle (AIP) for him which was subject to the probationary period being passed.

This sped up the process for our client and meant that he was in a very strong position as he could demonstrate to the seller that he already had a mortgage in place.
