Interest only loans are less commonly available in France as the French lenders consider them to be a higher risk option. So we were delighted to get an interest only loan approved for over €1.4m for our clients purchase of a second home in the south of France.

We achieved a 75% LTV for this client with no requirement for side investment or a savings account with the lender.

We also manage to secure a sizeable discount on the bank arrangement fees for the client from €2,199 to €800. That’s quite a saving!
