Hi Fiona  I have been dealing mainly with Kim Cooper at your
office, although I have been in contact with others such as
Monica when Kim is not in. I just wanted to let you know
what a fantastic service I have received, they really have
held my hand all the way and I don't think I could have done
it without them.  In fact I had contacted the lender for a mortgage
before I used yourselves and they weren't offering me as
good a rate as I have had through you.  Nothing has been too
much trouble for your staff.  My husband was very sceptical
about paying for your services but even he has commented
about the great service and suggested I leave good feedback.

I have also had good service from World First, I had already
transferred some money into euros to pay for the land using
one of the top five currency companies and I had queried the
rate I was getting but was told it was the best rate for the
amount I wanted to transfer.  After I had opened my french
bank account with your help I wanted to transfer some
savings to cover notaires fees etc. I rang my usual currency
transfer company and was offered a rate of 1.12 eurors I
said I would think about it and rang World First who gave me
a rate of 1.166 quite a difference on several thousands of
pounds.  I have now realised I was being offered the lowest
rate they thought they could get away with and not their
best rate, an expensive lesson.

Please say thanks to all your staff for me, I really am very
grateful.
