French Mortgages : French Mortgage Eligibility checker

To save time, use the following checklist to see if you meet the standard French Mortgage eligibility criteria for all French mortgage lenders:

tick-purple-40pxThe property I wish to finance is a habitable residential property, rather than a commercial venture (such as a B&B, gite, campsite etc) or a chateau

tick-purple-40pxI want to borrow a maximum of 85% of the purchase price

tick-purple-40pxI do not have bad credit history and I do not regularly exceed my overdraft limit
